Description

75 PSI Manometer ( HTC – PM-6175 )

HTC PM-6175 75 PSI Digital Manometer | ±75 PSI | 11 Units

The HTC PM‑6175 Digital Manometer is a precision-grade handheld instrument designed to measure differential pressure across a wide 0 to ±75 psi (±2078 inH₂O, ±5168 mbar) range. Its expansive measurement span makes it invaluable for professionals in HVAC diagnostics, cleanroom validation, industrial service, and environmental engineering tasks.

Featuring eleven selectable pressure units, including psi, inH₂O, mbar, kPa, inHg, mmHg, oz/in², ftH₂O, cmH₂O, bar, and kg/cm², this manometer adapts seamlessly to diverse regional and technical standards. It provides high resolution—0.01 psi, 1 inH₂O, 1 mbar, 0.1 kPa, 0.01 inHg, and 0.1 in oz/in²—delivering clear and precise readings across all supported units.

Accuracy is a standout strength: ±0.3% of full scale, with linearity within ±0.1% FS and repeatability of ±0.25% FS, ensuring stable and consistent pressure readings even in repeated assessments. Real-time error alerts (“ERR1” for over-range, “ERR2” for under-range) prevent misinterpretation during high-pressure scenarios.

The manometer’s large backlit LCD display enhances visibility in dim mechanical rooms or duct environments. Status icons include measurement units, MAX/MIN/Average logging, data hold, low battery warnings, and error indicators, making it easy for field users to review measurement trends and system behavior instantly.

Functionality extends to features critical for HVAC and cleanroom applications. It supports Data Hold, MAX/MIN/Average recording, unit conversion at a push, and offset or zero calibration, which aid in comparing pressure differentials across zones, filters, or equipment setups.

Pressure ports are fitted with 1/8″ (3.18 mm) quick-connect fittings, compatible with included soft and hard tubing and metal gas mouth adapters—facilitating fast, secure setup across diverse test scenarios. The robust ABS housing measures approximately 140 × 20 × 50 mm and is lightweight (~400 g), offering ergonomic comfort and portability for technicians and engineers working on-site.

Powered by a standard 9 V battery, the device includes Auto Power-Off to conserve energy and features a low-battery indicator so users are never caught off guard in the field. It reliably operates in ambient conditions between 0–40 °C (32–104 °F) and supports non-condensing humidity up to 90%, with safe storage temperatures from –10 °C to +60 °C.

Standard accessories include a soft carrying case, soft/hard tubing set, gas mouth metal adapters, and user manual—allowing immediate deployment and seamless integration into on-site diagnostics and commissioning toolkits.

Ideal Applications:

  • Balancing airflow duct pressure and HVAC static pressure

  • Cleanroom pressure verification and laboratory environmental audits

  • Filter resistance testing and air handler pressure profiling

  • Pressure differential checks between zones or across equipment

  • Diagnostics in compressed-gas systems, environmental chambers, and controlled ventilation setups

Key Highlights:

  • Wide-range precision: ±75 psi with fine resolution across multiple units

  • Reliable performance: ±0.3% FS accuracy, strong linearity and repeatability

  • Enhanced usability: backlit LCD, MAX/MIN/Average data logging, Data Hold, error alerts

  • Flexible connections: quick-connect ports with tubing and adapters included

  • Portable and ergonomic: lightweight, compact design ideal for field use

  • Power efficiency: Auto Off, low battery alert, and long run on 9 V battery

  • Field-ready accessories included for immediate operation

In summary, the HTC PM‑6175 Digital Manometer combines a wide pressure range, accurate multi-unit display, user-friendly interface, and rugged portability. Engineered for HVAC professionals, cleanroom certifiers, facility maintenance teams, and industrial inspection staff, it offers dependable pressure monitoring in a compact, tool belt–ready package.
