Description

The HTC PM‑6130 Digital Manometer is a rugged handheld pressure measurement instrument engineered for precision, flexibility, and ease of use. Tailored for HVAC technicians, facility engineers, cleanroom auditors, and industrial maintenance professionals, it offers accurate differential pressure readings over a wide dynamic range.

This manometer supports a full suite of eleven selectable units, including psi, inH₂O, mbar, kPa, inHg, mmHg, oz/in², ftH₂O, cmH₂O, bar, and kg/cm²—making it compatible with a diverse range of applications and regional standards. It measures differential pressure up to ±30.00 psi (approximately ±830 inH₂O or ±2,608 mbar). The resolution is exceptionally high: 0.01 psi, 1 inH₂O, 1 mbar, or the equivalent in each unit.

The device delivers reliable accuracy at ±0.3% of full-scale, with excellent linearity (±0.1% FS) and repeatability (±0.25% FS). These precision metrics ensure consistent readings across repetitive measurements, essential for calibration tasks or cleanroom validation.

Usability is enhanced by a large backlit LCD display that provides clear visibility—even in dim mechanical rooms or duct spaces. The display offers straightforward icons and indicators for MAX/MIN/Average readings, data hold, unit selection, and error alerts (“ERR1” for over-range, “ERR2” for under-range).

Key functions include Data Hold, MAX/MIN/AVG logging, zero-offset calibration, and unit switching at the push of a button. These tools make it simple to capture and compare pressure differentials during HVAC balancing, filter resistance testing, or cleanroom commissioning.

The PM‑6130 features 1/8″ (3.18 mm) quick-connect pressure ports, compatible with included soft and hard tubing and metal adapters—allowing for flexible and secure connection to ducts, filters, or pressure zones.

Powered by a standard 9 V battery (6F22), the manometer incorporates an Auto Power‑Off function to conserve energy and a low battery indicator to alert users before power depletion—ensuring uninterrupted operation during field work.

The compact and ergonomic design measures approximately 140 × 20 × 50 mm and weighs around 400 g, making it a convenient tool for handheld use or tool belt carry across job sites.

Operating within an ambient temperature range of 0–40 °C (32–104 °F) and non-condensing humidity up to 90%, the PM‑6130 maintains accuracy in typical HVAC and indoor environments. Storage conditions up to –10 °C to 60 °C ensure the instrument remains stable when not in active use.

Accessories included with the unit support immediate deployment and include a soft carrying case, two soft tubes, two hard tubes, two metal gas mouth adapters, and a user manual—so the product is ready for field application straight out of the box.

Typical applications for the HTC PM‑6130 include:

  • Differential pressure measurement across HVAC ducts, fans, or filters.

  • Cleanroom or laboratory pressure validation to maintain regulatory compliance.

  • Filter resistance and airflow diagnostics in industrial air handling units.

  • Pressure balancing between supply, return, and external zones in controlled environments.

  • General compressed-air or gas-line pressure analysis and troubleshooting.

Overall, the HTC PM‑6130 Digital Manometer combines a wide pressure range, excellent accuracy, multi-unit flexibility, intuitive display, and robust portability into a complete solution for pressure professionals. It stands out for its precision, smart design features like MAX/MIN logging and auto shut-off, and flexible accessory integration—making it an ideal choice for HVAC, industrial, environmental, or cleanroom pressure measurement needs.
