Description

The HTC PM‑6105 Digital Manometer delivers high-precision differential pressure measurement tailored for HVAC technicians, cleanroom engineers, facility maintenance professionals, and industrial service personnel. It measures up to ±5 psi (approx. ±138 inH₂O or ±344.7 mbar) with ultra-fine resolution—0.001 psi, 0.1 inH₂O, and 0.1 mbar—across 11 selectable pressure units including psi, inH₂O, mbar, kPa, inHg, mmHg, oz/in², ftH₂O, cmH₂O, bar, and kg/cm².

Engineered for accuracy, the PM‑6105 maintains ±0.3% full-scale accuracy, ±0.1% linearity, and ±0.25% repeatability, supporting trustworthy data even under varied operational conditions. Its built-in pressure sensor with 1/8″ (3.18 mm) quick-connect fittings enables simple attachment using the included soft and hard tubing plus metal adapters for flexible field configurations.

User-friendly operation is supported by a large, backlit LCD display, offering excellent readability in dim or enclosed spaces. The interface clearly indicates current pressure, selected units, and status icons including MAX/MIN/Average, Data Hold, and error alerts such as “ERR1” or “ERR2” when pressure is out of measurable range.

Essential measurement features include Data Hold, MAX/MIN/AVERAGE logging, and instant unit switching with dedicated buttons. These capabilities simplify environmental trend monitoring during tasks like filter testing, duct balancing, or differential pressure checks across cleanroom entries or HEPA filters.

Built to deliver reliable performance in the field, the PM‑6105 is powered by a standard 9 V battery (6F22). It includes Auto Power Off to conserve battery life and a low-battery indicator alert to prevent unexpected shutdowns during critical operations. The device’s compact form—measuring approximately 140 × 20 × 50 mm and weighing around 400 g—fits easily into toolkits and service belts for convenient portability .

Accessories provided include a soft carrying case, two soft and two hard tubing sections, two metal gas mouth fittings, and user documentation—enough to begin work immediately without additional parts.

Operating within standard ambient conditions (0–40 °C, up to 90% RH non‑condensing) and designed to tolerate storage temperatures between –10 °C and +60 °C, the PM‑6105 is rugged enough for real-world HVAC, commercial, and industrial workflows.

Key applications include:

  • Static and dynamic airflow pressure measurement in ductwork and ventilation systems

  • Cleanroom differential pressure validation to comply with hygiene standards

  • Filter resistance testing across AHU components or HEPA systems

  • Pressure balancing between zones or between outdoor and indoor environments

  • Lab and gas line monitoring or general troubleshooting of compressed-air systems

Thanks to its wide unit selection, precise resolution, error alerting, and rugged design, the PM‑6105 is equally suited for technicians, audit teams, maintenance supervisors, and facility engineers.

Core Features at a Glance:

  • Precision pressure range: ±5 psi, with fine resolution across 11 units

  • High measurement integrity: ±0.3% FS accuracy, excellent linearity and repeatability

  • User-centric display and controls: backlit LCD, Data Hold, MAX/MIN/Avg logging, and quick unit switching

  • Functional accessories: soft/hard tubing, metal adapters, carry case included

  • Designed for rugged use: compact, lightweight, battery-powered with Auto-Off and low battery alerts

In summary, the HTC PM‑6105 Digital Manometer is a reliable, compact, and feature-rich pressure measurement tool ideal for HVAC, industrial, and environmental diagnostics. Its precision, flexibility, and ease of operation make it a smart choice for professionals requiring accurate pressure data in demanding field conditions.
